@joseph350z yes i did the same bumper there are 3 holes that you can attach the reinforcing bar to the bumper you put bolts through the holes and through the holes in bumper.

@schumitarik You can buy the bumpers from Bavarian Autosport or FCP Groton. They're usually made by Hamman or AC Schnitzer, which make aftermarket BMW body parts.
