huge 18" forearms

they're impressive i'll give you that but to claim 18" is way to much, that's like 40 cm dude. mine are 14" cold and measured straight and they're not much smaller than yours

@pbhenry most bodybuilders have small joints ! wrist 7",etc. my wrist are almost 8"! if i had smaller wrist they would appear bigger. small joints make a muscle appear bigger than they are. check out my more recent forearm vids. later

check out denis cyplenkov. His forearms measure almost 23 inches held straight. Wrists are 13 I think or bigger. Pro armwrestler.

18cms at best. 18inches get real if your gonna post a video of your forearms at least title the video properly
