Diners will enjoy a delicious, eco-friendly, multi-course gourmet vegan meal guaranteed to appease even the most discerning palate.
Animal-friendly vendors, Farm Sanctuary turkey adoption sponsorships, an art exhibit by Tracy Dove (creator of the thanksLIVING logo), music, and an unsurpassed sense of community, ensure an upbeat day of compassionate celebration. We will also be conducting a gently used towel and blanket drive for the animals Maricopa County Care and Control, so check those closets before you come!
AND we are delighted to announce our very special guest --- Bruce Friedrich, Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives for Farm Sanctuary. We are also pleased to let you know that Bruce will have copies of his new book: The Animal Activist's Handbook: Maximizing Our Positive Impact In Today's World, co-authored with Matt Ball of Vegan Outreach. What better holiday gift than a personalized copy of The Animal Activist's Handbook? Bruce will speak at approximately 1:00pm and again at 3:00pm.
Got t-shirts? NEW THIS YEAR!! After years of requests, green will be selling thanksLIVING T-shirts, in advance of/and at the event, so you can show your thanksLIVING pride! We'll let you know when they're ready but --- most importantly: ALL PROCEEDS FROM T-SHIRT SALES WILL BE DONATED TO FARM SANCTUARY!
Reservations, which may be purchased via the restaurant's website, (http://www.greenvegetarian.com) are $24.95 per person in advance/$28.95 day of and $8.95 for children under 12. Tickets are also for sale at green new american vegetarian restaurants --- both locations --- AND at nami, right next door to green's Phoenix location. During these challenging economic times, Chef Damon has maintained the dinner price for the last three years to make the celebration more affordable for those desiring compassionate cuisine this holiday season.

Overflow parking is available on Papago and other nearby side streets. There is also a large shopping center on the SE corner of McKellips and Scottsdale Road.

If your thanksLIVING day schedule is tight you can also purchase tickets, in advance, at the restaurant and bypass the CHECK IN table on thanksLIVING day. Walk-ins welcome!
