**READ IF YOU'RE LITERATE**
Before you all go off on a cosine, this is my own interpretation of the song. I know that there's one floating around that the song is about a woman who has become dependent on her drug dealer. But I have a slightly different one.
**MUSIC VIDEO PLOT**
The woman throughout the video is Alice. She lives a simple, slow-paced life. When she has had enough of it, the Medicine Man comes and whisks her away to his life. He pretty much takes her places and treats her well. The problem is that she has fallen in love with him when he's the Medicine Man. He does the same for other women who are feeling sick of their life. She finally has enough of it and leaves his house to get a drink. She later commits suicide in some depressing fashion. Do not fret, for the Medicine Man was in love with Alice as well. There are certain hints in the video.
**IN-DEPTH VIDEO CRAP**
Medicine Man, can you hear my cry?
- The Medicine Man shows up at Alice's office b/c he heard her cry.
I don't wanna be the one...that you forget.
- Alice acknowledges that the Medicine Man has other women to tend to, but she wants to be special to him and be the one woman that he cares about.
Medicine Man, you will clear my mind.
- She is putting herself in his hands, letting him take control of what they are going to do. Alice drinks alcohol, which is clearing her mind.
Medicine Man, can you heal my body?
- Pretty much implies some woohoo b/t the Medicine Man and Alice.
I don't know how to break the bottle I'm living in.
- She is drinking alcohol in attempt to forget her problem of loving the Medicine Man.
Do anything to take away the memory of him.
- Alice is going to commit suicide.
Can't you see that I have no way out from leaving now?
- She believes it's her last resort to ending her pain.
flowers: clue that the Medicine Man is in love with Alice. He leaves her the flowers while she is sleeping and finally, at her grave.

Windows Movie Maker: for making the creation of this lame music video harder than it really should have been.
Medicine Man: for looking so goddamn sexy.
The Sims 2: for being so awesome and allowing me to film some hot, angsty Sim love.

**I OWN THE MEDICINE MAN!**
I loved it. ^^ I think that it would have been cool to include the flowers in the bedroom, or at the bar, or at like, random places. But then again, that might have been pushing it with the symoblism haha. I also think it would have been cool if at the end, you had just the guy walking and doing whatever, like setting down the flowers, without showing the grave. Sort of like having us wonder what he was doing, and then BAM, show us the picture of the grave. But yours is awesome too.
Yay! :]

i was thinking that thing w/ the grave as well, but the animation would have been too difficult for me...i don't know how to get the sim to set down stuff...if i did, i would have used it to show that he put the flowers by her when she was sleepin.
