This hack can actually be quite fun, but in no way can be used as a serious battle, because it's hugely broken. It has things like changing characters in the middle of a match by hitting the start button, charge moves didnt require charging (example sonic boom/flash kick, blanka's rolling attack, M Bison's Psycho Crusher/Scissor Kick), mid air homing Hadoukens, Shoryukens firing a wall of homing Hadoukens, weird angles on projectiles etc..

Despite the fact that it's broken it's really quite balanced as anyone can change into Ken and open a portal into fireball hell.
