@Vazih try googling "come on come over lucaspickford", in the first link there is a transcription on the pentagram. more difficult than tabs but much better, believe me :)
OR you can try to write it on your own, with the slow version it is quite easy!

I find that the sliding around causes quite a bit of string noise, which can't be heard on the original. I tend to stay more in one position, but with extended fingering. Jaco had some ridiculously large hands.

That is probably a "simple" way to play this song, I play bass for 1 year and I started playing this song 2 weeks ago. That can explain some things ;)
For the ghost notes, I fought I played it right. For the hammer, I did not notice them. For both, if some are missing, I will try to deal with them...later, training first.
