I have trayed this trick and it worked for me. My xbox 360 was out of warrany and had 3 red lights. So the opening of the box and hot air gun is too much time for me so i tried this crazy trick and it

yup still workin, i did read somewhere that it may freeze up graphics post bake and if it does switch off for 20 mins b4 playing again to prevent RROD but i dunno how true this is,worth thinkin about tho ay, no prestige is worth a new xbox i say and i stick by that, China Lake!! yep it works may only be a temp fix but can be used again and again untill DEATH should give you a few more months at least to save for a SLIM :)

now we got 4 lights, went down to 2 ie overheating now gone from 3 to 4, baking again , nothin to lose so what the hell ay, 4 ring bake starts now!
