She isn't poorly. City of Truro is poorly, wheezing valves, leaking cylinder drainage cocks and a very fragile firebox. If she goes to the NYMR she'll most likely be damaged beyond repair

That didn't sound poorly to me! 6100 Royal Scot at the Llangollen Railway in 2009 DID sound poorly though! It sounded like it was wheezing!
