A documentry/short film/montage that I made for my graduating project at John Abbott College. The intent of making the project was to hopefully inspire those who may not have heard of parkour/freerunning and get more people informed and involved. And for all you nip pickers and purists, I know its all under the label "parkour" yet there is freerunning/flips/tricks. Was putting freedom of movement all under one umbrella. Was filmed in Montreal during Le Parkour Jam du Montreal 2010.
I do not own the soundtrack, all musical rights belong to the artists their respectful labels.

Parkour is using the fast and efficient move, not some acrobatics movement..

It's always interesting to see videos which include interviews with practitioners, as it gives an insight to their training and the motives behind it. Good :)

@pranawarman thanks man! as for the score, I wanted songs that had a nice flow to them but never distracted the audience with songs that were recongnizable

Nice but flips are not Free running. If you do a project about Le Parkour, don't do flips :D
