Even the most carefully thought out SMM Program will fail if an organization's staff do not adopt it. Planners can increase the odds of success by communicating the plan to stakeholders through educational sessions, webinars and teleconferences. Planners also need to consider incentives and punishments as methods to increase adoption of the program.
