@lesliegg1961 Hey, to do this simply shoot your footage first. Then import it into the timeline in animating software like adobe flash. On a different layer just simply use the paint brush or whatever tools to draw on the tentacle each frame. Try looking at a technique called 'Rotoscoping' if your interested.
