Patti Page "Three Fools" Recorded 1962.She had so many good songs and besides "Hush,Hush,Sweet,Charlotte" this is my next favorite, followed closely by Tennessee Waltz. The flip side to this record is "The Boys' Night out" another good song.

  • ...sounds like this was recorded in Nashville ?

  • @yedon68 That may be possible.Thank you... :)

  • BOTH SIDES got airplay in the Springfield,MA. area and in my opinion,BOTH SIDES should have charted.I have never seen this song in any Patti Page collection.

Would love to hear this in stereo!

  • @wes50smusic1 Good to hear that it did get airplay, and I too have never seen it on any cd. But maybe someday it will be released, and yes Stereo whould be great. This is my favorite side of both.Drop by anytime... :)

  • @wes50smusic1 patentpumps mentioned a cd titled PATTI PAGE THE SINGING RAGE ROCKS Wing CD 135986 that had this song on it,but I was never able to get it.

  • @mezskr4... And thanks for this info....I knew of this C.D. but don't think I ever saw the track listings for it.

Also wondered if it was a legitimate release or not.

I have the original "Patti Page,The Singing Rage" L.P.,which I don't think has ever been reissued yet?

It has a couple nice tracks on it that I haven't seen elsewhere except on the original 45. One being "Everytime I Hear Your Name",which sounds great in stereo.

  • ...sounds like Hank Garland...on guitar...!
