Lets remove the pig from the ceramic cooker and "cut" it up... !! More like lift the peices off!! SO succulent juicy and tender, the bones lift right out of the meat!!! not like when you roast a whole hog in one of them steel things full of briquettes! Imagine... ceramic cookers have been around THOUSANDS of years...!! TRUE ORIGINAL and MUCH TASTIER barbeque than you EVER had before!! Burning lump charcoal not gas or briquettes. Juicier than ever as the thermocharacteristics of ceramic BY FAR outperforms steel cookers.. steel cookers need much more fuel so food dries out, as more air passes to keep fuel going. Ceramic cookers retain moisture unlike any other cooker!
