the late 60's were "comeback" of the Renaissance: returned to the values of Humanism - every body has a potential and should have the freedom to fulfill his/her potential. they reflects those values by "rock" or "pop" music. they tried to say something with the music, and not only make money. they explored alternatives in order to develop higher
and higher. they understand the potential and the power that every individual has. the power to change the world, and didn't afraid to believe and use this power.

  • 'Pop music is the Classical Music of now' - how true

  • @corneliuscaftan

    thank you.

true for the 60's music. I don't think that today's Pop is something comparable with the depth of the 60's or Classical music

    agreed!

  • What exactly do you know about me then. Please enlighten me all knowing one. Since you seem to think you know of everything I have done.

  • Oh god you are only 18! What the heck would you know about life back then? In the meantime, having done a lot of research and published writing on this particular subject for twice as long as you have lived, I would say not only did I live it, I studied it. You have not.
