@SirDandelot Correction, there is a difference between youkai and demon. A youkai is actually a broad term for a supernatural entity. Some are classified into separate species like Kappa, Oni, and Fairies. Some, like Yukari, fall under no special classification and is just classified as a youkai. Now what about demon? A demon is a kind of youkai that's pure evil. Yukari is not evil, therefore she is not a demon, just a youkai.

@CadrinHaverit What glitch? All that i know is that I crossed it by standing in a dead spot - not a glitch. The bullets' hitbox just doesn't touch yours. This way you do not die.

@SirDandelot Actually youkai is Japanese for demon. So it's the same thing.

@rendomegame Actually, it can be stated either way in English translation (yokai or youkai). Its actual writing is yōkai, but for those of us who don't have access to tone devices, usually it is spelled like how it sounds (youkai), or how it is spelled without adding the tone (yokai).

Yukari being the demon of boundinaries (yes, demon, not youkai) perhaps she's the actual kami of Hakurei Shrine but Reimu prefers not to talk about it as Yukari is the hugest troll of the universe.
