@dompie23 It's ornamental fabric used a lot of times on tables. The gag was that halfway through the pulled out joke when Karen explained what a doily was we as the audience realised they didnt really know what the word meant. Just a bit of screwball comedy

@dompie23 When she said Doily was a good gay word, it was assumed that was because of its ornamental camp usage, but then when they used it as an adverb it turned the whole moment around, really funny
