I just posted the relevant part of the bill, chibicat13. Thank you for prompting me to read it all. It has proven my point. Now it is my turn to ask --- have you read the entire bill yet?
(No funds) may be used to pay for any abortion ... except--
A) if the pregnancy is the result of an act of rape or incest; or
B) in the case where a pregnant female suffers from a physical disorder, physical injury, or physical illness that would, as certified by a physician, place the female in danger of death unless an abortion is performed, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself.
@earlysda You did not read the entire bill? Then why on earth are you commenting on this?! The bill translates to that a doctor has the right to refuse life saving abortions. The fetus doesn't matter in this case because if the woman dies, the fetus dies too. Every pro-lifer I know is aware of this. It is much better to save her then let both die.
I have repeated myself on this too many times.
Read the bill, watch the video, and have a nice day.
Please tell me what part of that comment is "rambling"? Perhaps your definition of "rambling" is not correct either?
It is true that i have not read the entire bill, only some of it. Please show me where it specifies that a dead baby inside the mother's womb cannot be taken out under this bill.
@earlysda Ok I think you are just rambling here because that last comment did not make any sense whatsoever. I don't even think you read the bill or watched this video. Bottom line is dangerous pregnancies exist and emergency abortions are needed. I addressed your original comment numerous times where you think there is no such thing as a needed abortion.
@earlysda I have not changed my stance one bit, this was my point the entire time, some abortions ARE indeed needed to save the life of the woman. In those situations the fetus is dead regardless, because if the woman dies, so does the fetus. The protect life act allows doctors to deny women life saving abortions because of their personal beliefs, it basically means they want both to die, rather then save one.
@earlysda Even if the fetus was alive, there are cases that continuing a pregnancy can be fatal, you are still insisting that she should die with the fetus. Fatal pregnancies exist, and abortions has to be done to save the woman's life. If I where to find out that my fetus was killing me, what would you suggest be done?

@chibicat13 Your definitions are not correct.
It is like saying it is wrong to kill a dead person.

@chibicat13 You have changed your stance now.
Is it your intention now to talk about which life is more important - the mother or the child's?

@chibicat13 You are confusing a live baby with a dead baby.
There is a difference.
