Egyptian Belly Dance Contemporary Music Oriental By Karolinka Karolyne

This performance is from 2002. I've completely forgotten who the song is by, but it's a typical slow beledi pop tune. My belly dancing is primarily in Egyptian style, though a bit jazzed up.

The event was in Gainesville, Florida, USA. For, I believe, nine years in a row, more or less, a small group in Gainesville, Florida, the Middle Eastern Dance & Education Association, produced an annual benefit show for the local Humane Society. It was primarily a recital, a showcase of local and regional teachers and their students. Produced by Zarifa Sa'id (Libby Parker) and Sallamah Chimera, these shows were great opportunities for students to have a chance to perform, as well as for everybody to see other teachers and talent.

sorry for taking so long to reply - it's a pretty old pop song, and i got it from a friend's compliation album (not copies, but produced) - i remember it had a picture of carmen electra on it for some bizarre reason! all titles etc were in arabic script, which at the time i couldnt read - so i never knew who it was. but i'll try and send you a copy of it, i guess thru u tube messaging... thanks again!
