  • Man, the digestive tract is the best part. I always order up a plate of only digestive tracts. Yum!

  • I'd rather not eat the digestive tract, but i like to eat all the way down to the end. I hate fighting shell when i'm eating, takes away from the experience. I'll follow her suggestion, and rinse the poop, thank you very much. a little olive oil for grilling after lightly parboiling will help with the browning, thank you very much.....
