@jonharson No the cop should swallow his pride. There was no reason for him to do that. I dont care what she said to him. An officer should be able to hold his temper. She wasnt being violent or struggling so he cold have just shut the door, and ignored her.

UPDATE: Officer Paul Schene was terminated with cause on 9/9/09 from Kings County WA and was charged with 4th degree assault, a misdemeanor punishable by 1 year in jail and/or a 5000$ fine. He was acquitted after 2 juries failed to convict him and decided that a third trial would be a waste of taxpayer money (gee, ya think?)
As for Ms. Calhoun, last I heard she was awarded $125,000 for the incident in a settlement. Her lawyer took 1/3, so she got 83,332. Not too shabby..

Pigs think they can do whatever the fuck they want because they are cops. I'm going to court this month for assult on an officer because I spit on him, but he fucking choked the shit out of me. And when I screamed out he's choking me, he moved his hand from my neck to my face. FUCK THE POLICE IS WHAT I SAY.
