  • OH COME ON! Prosecuting someone with no SOLID evidence but rather an assumption that a mere death camp guard would have committed crimes against humanity? What ever happen to justice.

  • @seweryn22 It is not a very Polish name though!

  • This is a BS showtrial just like Nuremberg.Demjanjuk was on trial in Israel until Rep. Jim Traficant presented evidence (FBI files)that proved his innocence. Israeli courts ignored the files & Traficant put his career on the line by threatening to withhold the $19 billion in US taxpayer funds Israel gets annually.Only then did they release Dem.But Traficant made powerful enemies & was later politically assassinated by the Israeli Lobby.Demjanjuk is again subject to Israeli vengeance(by proxy).

  • @alanheath3 Probably because he's Ukranian

  • @alanheath3 That my friend is a false propaganda by the liberal hippies and the liberal jews. Orthodox jews love and acknowledge his help in trying to help jews escape.

  • @arivas713 The Pope did know of atrocities but the papal line was that they could not take sides. In his Christmas (or New Year - I forget which) message for 1942 he mentioned those that are being persecuted for their origins which is no fault of theirs. This was a very cryptic message about half way into a long speech and it was the only time he mentioned it.

  • @SOLISDEUS The fact that Israel released him while he was under strong suspicion of having been in Sobibór shows how fair Israel is where justice is concerned.

  • in my town a few families have the name Demianiuk and I live in Poland...

  • This is the same man the zionist tried to convict as "ivan the terrible". After years of investigations and litigation including Mr. Demanjuk's arrest and deportation to Israel, it turns out he zionist's made a mistake. This man is the victim of the holocaust industry and zionism. And as the WWII generation dies off along with future victims, the holocaust industry has a new target to perpetuate the supremacy of jewish suffering: Pope Pius XII and Catholic Church.

  • @arivas713 as you say "a cog"-if the other inmates helped in any actions, they also know that people were being killed wholesale. bodies just did not get up and put themselves in a hole, people put them in the ground and that is called being an accessory. if done under dirress then it can be called what it is and...,but if one is said to have help starting out as a POW, he also could be under dirress, as this guy was. fair is fair across any group that was there on either side of the fence.
