i know its part of the storyline,but what happened to dan's beach house? we know its payed off,why can't he stay there? also i have a feeling that dan started that fire

@virginiaadkins86 they never said. he left it to nathan and haley in his will for when he died. it wasn't mentioned again. they do that a lot.

@MegaMissymee I hate that Mark made Peyton leave. Hilarie didn't want to, but Chad did. And Leyton had to have a happy ending. =p The right godmother would've been Peyton if she was around. =p Brooke really did choose the wrong people. Ted is their GRANDFATHER. I doubt he'll be around much either. Jamie&Peyton or at least Jamie&Haley would've been better.

@othNaleyAlways I'm sure he's met Peyton. Because Brooke knew Peyton pre-Haley and Peyton and Brooke practically lived at each other's houses. But yeah this was his first time meeting Julian, Haley and everyone else.
