I can't believe that Rove says in one instance he is an American, then that Obama is smart, they have a mutual friend, but then will not say he can be a good president if not great. This is the person that put Bush in the office. Just think of the intellect of Obama against the intellect of Bush, and for Rove to hesitate to say that he can do a good job, considering the aweful job Bush has done is incredible. Yes he can be loyal republican, but you have to be human first..or do the two conflict
