[Miley does her Program and Nick Watches with a Big Smile on his face]
[Later the whole Family is sitting around the Dinner Table]
Taylor- um excuses me I have something I would like to share with everyone...
Demi- actually I have something I would like to say first
[Everyone looks at her]
Demi- its about school
Julian- oh?
Demi- Im not going to law school
Julian- what did you say?
Demi- its just not for me I dropped out last semester
Julian- last semester... what have you been doing with all the tuition I have been sending you?
Demi-I used it on a down payment
Julian- a down payment for what
Demi- on a palities studio in California
[everyone Just looks at her]
Miley- [smies at her]
Sophia-[laughing] i think its very creative nice one Demi
Julian- what are you talking about our daughter just made a fool out of us
Sophia- oh lighten up Julian
Nick and Miley look at eachother not knowing what to do....
Taylor- umm....
Miley- [smiles at him]

Sophia- [laughs] oh honey i know

[police come charging in]
Police- everybody freeze
[they all sand up with their hands up]
Sophia- whoa whoa what is going on?
Police- i have reason to belive that that woman is guilty of kidnapping
Sophia- that cant be thats absured
Julian- kidnapping who?
Police- Nick Jonas
Sophia- whos Nick Jonas?
Police- [loos at Nick]
Nick looks down
Sophia- no thats her boyfriend Nate
Miley- no mom its not [she looks at Nick]
[Nick and Miley look at eachother]
Nick- Im not... her boyfriend
[everyone looks at them]
Sophia-[sighs] Merry Christmas
