We have been training on the Powertec Leverage Gym for a while now and we are constantly playing around with different exercises. We do plenty of standing calf raises and after a bit of head scratching come up with a way to do donkey calf raises.
Here is a video of Brad going through how to perform donkey calf raises on the Powertec Leverage Gym. You will need to purchase an Ironmaster Calf Block or make your own. Please be careful when performing this exercise and make sure you have your head and hands well out of the way.
this is an amazing machine I have just received one. There loads of exercises I am discovering with this machine apart from the ones listed. Its even great for doing dips as long as your not over 500lbs. I also had a quick try of a leg press, put the knee pad in the lowest position with the bench flat and in close, your bum near the knee pad, feet on the press bars and you can get a deep leg press, it is a little wide but it seemed like a fairly good movement are there any others you know of.

We have covered most of the exercises but we will be doing more videos with variations of exercises. If you come up with any others make sure you put them on youtube
