What was the final list price and what was the final selling price?
We are asking $308k for a condo in Vancouver, BC and were offered $275k but our price was so fair to begin with, we didn't counter. We then told them what our rock bottom price was and they made another offer, still below that amount.
It can be a crazy business can't it?
