Despite continuous international appeals, reporters and TV camera crews are still not allowed entry into Ashraf.

The Iraqi government in exception of some fabricated scenes and news that have been made with its own police agents using the state-run TV and other networks related to the Iranian regime, has blocked entry of all media representatives using different excuses. By disallowing media access to Ashraf, Iraqi government intends to cover up crimes against humanity committed there during the past few days.
