starck became area-51 in the early 2000s
was pretty big and was also big on ecstasy. had a few good parties there but overall sucked. must have been great in the 80s.

People would climb up on the Starck logo downstairs on the dance floor to dance, and others would actually climb up on the metal fencing surrounding the dance floor, 2 STORIES UP IN THE AIR, and hang there, shaking their bodies. And don't forget the gauze-curtained columns upstairs.... for private moments!
