@ArethilOlo Have to admit that this solo is very soulful (100% more soulful than John's ones) but SRV is, and will always be the greatest artist the world has had over it's ground.
HAIL THE BLUES PROGRESSIONS!!!
Till now SRV:1 ML: 0
RIP SRV

This is the way SRV should have played in his songs, instead of jerking off forever in his blues progressions.

Michael Landau is the greatest guitarist that no one knows about. He is incredible! A real inspiration to me and my playing.
-
i agree its brilliant this one sends a cold shiver saying that most of his work is awsome
-
so much soul that his 1/8th note bends tell stories of deception and heartache
-
such. a. killer. musician! one of my biggest melodic guitar influences (along with Schon and Luke)
-
Fucking amazing Mike Landau , a genius!
-
Well, this is a very good guitar solo yes, but he has done many more good solos aswell. For example, his solos in songs like "Aladdin - A Whole New World, Michael Bolton songs like How Can We Be Lovers, Go The Distance, New Love. His solo in "Colors Of The Wind" by Vanessa Williams it's also very good!

the best solo of Italian Rock
It's called "Gli Angeli". It's taken from a Vasco Rossi's album.
