Flash Mob Opera Vancouver

On June 13, 2010, 5 friends helped me execute an operatic flash mob at Vancouver's Granville Island. This field experiment was the basis for my MBA thesis in which I measured the impact of flash mobs on consumer behaviour, willingness to pay, attitude toward product price and general shopping enjoyment.
