China is not capable to boycott Soudan oil for the same reason that the US is uncapable to boycott Chinese goods.
For 20 years, some american politicians including Bill Clinton call for economic sanctions against China but they cannot. If US is capable to boyctt Soudan oil it is because their army is sitting illegally on the rich oil fields of sadi arabia, kuwait, iraq, afghanisthan. Chinese army dont sit on the oil fields of other nations, they dont plunder.

The I.C.C. has charged Sudan's president Omar al-Bashir with ten charges of war crimes including 3 counts of genocide.
The United States isn't even a member of the I.C.C.
So your argument is pointless.

This Darfur thing is just a U.S PR to divert attention away from the IRAQ quagmire and put the attention onto China.The genocide there can't even be confirm!Where is all these statistic coming from?Certainly not the Sudan government! who then?The CIA paid activist with hidden agenda?
