Blended with a powerful and stimulating brainwave sound journey with deep theta settings cruising down to 5.5 Hz (theta) each soundtrack is composed at 40 beats per minute and features atmospheric sound design and creative musical elements with no added drums or hits. No binaural beats are added to this collection making it a powerful brainwave entrainment application that works great without the need to use headphones for stimulation.

@Korppi13 thanks yes it does help with focus while awake - same thing happens when people lay down close their eyes and listen to this- except they go into deep theta inner focus.

@lulem400 in newfoundland sleep paralysis is called old hag cause usually one finds themself paralyzed in there dreams with an old woman untop of them usually choking them. i've had that dream before..felt like she was trying to take my breath away
