If you havn't got the regis you will still need dive to enter the seafloor cavern

I have been looking in the safar zone for ages and I have still not encountered a pikachu. I have my thunder stone waiting for it's evolution.

we can get pikachu in safari zone and then use thunderstone and evole into raichu.....
