I used three of them. Ok. G3 is the most powerfull one but needs very much care.
M16 is the most accurate but needs care and not very powerfull.
AK 47 is not as powerfull as G3 and not as accurate as M16 but needs very little care. I think in 200 meters distance (which is standart combat distance) AK 47 is best. It works in every condition, very simple to learn. Simplicity is best.

I would have all of them
AK for when I have to go to explore a jungle and need the reliability and penetration
M16 for special ops when I need to destroy a very important target and get out asap
G3 for when I'm on the desert and need the range of the powerful .308
