Samuel Beckett's Resplendent Theme Song

This video is a formal introduction between my severely talented fish, Samuel Beckett, and the entire world. He's ready for his close-up.

I rescued Sammy from a county fair ping-pong stand, where he was suspended in a plastic bag filled with literally blue (?!) water, and as I took him home with me he was being such a flirt - he kissed my fingers with such sweetness and chivalry that I was absolutely smitten on the spot. A few days later, I learned that he could dance - and dance such as no fish has ever danced before. He recites monologues in fish language, and he uses his fishbowl as an instrument, which he blows wee bubbles against to create ringing rhythms. He's the greatest fish in all the land, and I'm so happy, grateful and proud that he is my very own wee befinned companion.

I'm just using a regular Canon Powershot, and adjusted the focus until it was good for fish.

more than amazing...simple and beautiful and true. what i love most about this song, more than its natural elegance is its humility...it's truly a dedication to your goldfish, you lure the audience in with a beautiful tune, but then challenge us to stay focused on such a heavenly creature by having the camera focused on sammy rather than yourself...is that synecdoche or personification...wait lol can't remember my english terms...you rock yo you rock
