They are probably only related because their divorced/widowed parents married and now the offspring of the previous relations are "siblings." It's convoluted like that in Anime sometimes.

I really love this anime... And so what if it is forbidden?- that doesn`t mean it is wrong, CorneliaSan... Love is never wrong no meter if it incest or yaoi(yuri)... Love is love and it love just can`t be wrong....
