Also! I wouldn't even go by BMI, my husband is 5'9" and weighs about 190 lbs and is like morbidly obese according to his BMI. Yet, he probably has about 7% body fat =P I'm sure you are not overweight at all! =D

Love almonds, any kind of almonds! My addiction for sure. I will most likely look for them next time I am at Costco. We really can't go by the BMI according to my doctor. He's very lean and he is considered to be overweight and he is far from it. He works out and runs marathons regularly. Anyway, wishing you to enjoy P3 and maintain successfully.
Really great round! You don't look obese to me and think those charts are not what they really need to be! Now to maintain so that your round 10 will rock!!!

@socalplum - Fortunately, those charts only put me at overweight now! Still, for me to be "normal" will take another round, provided I stabilize well. I had to do a Steak Day yesterday, and it dropped 2 pounds off, so I'm within the 2 pounds of LIW. Going to eat almost like P2 today except I'll eat a small breakfast - 1 egg and a little bacon. The rest of the day will be P2(ish).

I'm glad I know that you post every Sunday. You tube is not showing that you uploaded this vlog in my new sub videos so I found it on your page. Looks like you had a great week!! Yay for being well into the 180's!! Glad you are now into P3ness and can enjoy eating all the foods and are able to stabilize well. I would NOT go by a nationalized chart of anything lol. I think we have to look at our frames for sure and know where our bodies feel best. See ya in 2!!

@justgranny45 - Ah, well I'm doing a Steak Day today!!! Thought I did well yesterday, but my body doesn't like the 180's right now. So, I figure a Steak Day will help correct. Not going to sweat it too much - just eat right and hope my body stays low.
