SAMBA PA TI - LIVE - Inspired by Santana - AUDIO ONLY

Not one of the actual demos. Just a dodgily recorded slapped together Live performance of Samba Pa Ti on Valentines day uploaded just for the hell of it. Only rehearsed once prior. Done with only 3 men instead of 6+ hahah.

Haven't really played it in years. So. A proper Samba Pa Ti demo should follow at some point.

It cocked up a bit in the heat of the live moment and ended up at warp speed somehow by the end.

Yeap sure I have quite a few because the point of me as a guitarist is to use unique voices to create emotional journeys. Because that's how my influences are, people that have unique voices rather than most guitarists, that all sound the same, generic. Well Carlos used a Gibson SG with p90s in the beginning, then some Les Pauls, then a Gibson L6s and then the Yamaha SG's, then of course finally PRS. He has used strats and tele's occasionally too.

Hi again ! It's your answer that makes me write again. You really don't seem to have problems to play with differents guitars, are those guitars yours? If it's the case, I'm doing like you, I don't wanna sell even 1 of my guitars (got 5 guitars). I got , as electrics guitars, only 2 of them, but have electric-acoustics guitars, that I prefer, generally, to electrics guitars(depends of the song).I knew that Santana was playing with a SG,but thought it was a Gibson. Later. BYE !

Yeah I know, unfortunately there is no video so I just made some very basic quick visuals to go along with these.  Thanks a lot. I used the Gibson Les Paul Custom on this one. Actually though, I will upload my proper Samba Pa Ti demo which is a lot better than this soon. I used a Gibson SG on that though, with p90s. Hopefully in the coming week I will upload that.
