Is it difficult to have a pet while looking for a apartment/hotel? Neko desu.

Generally yes, most apartments I've seen say no pets. Hotels I've never actually seen a no pet sign, but I haven't ever seen any pets either so I have a feeling it wouldn't be allowed. You could always ask of course! Just please don't stay in a hotel before me, I'm allergic to cats! :)
