Sorry......but it may be a great recipe but for the love of "pete!!.....I was absolutely thrilled by the sight of watching your nostrils for over 90 percent of the video........perhaps more preparation and recipe details and less facial close ups unless of course you were going to segway into using avacado packs as a method of curing unsightly nosehairs.....just a thought......Yikes!!!

Bravo, no toxic natural insecticides from the Allium family such as onions and garlic. It always baffles my mind when people will put something in their food that they can't stomach eating it whole in one sitting such as an entire onion! Never thought about eating it with celery, you are a genius! Ladies and gentlemen, if you need a real guacamole recipe, look no further because this is it.

@TheFinalTestament. Yea you don't need cilantro =). A good substitute is like a quarter cup of salsa. and if u don't want to go that route. Salt, pepper, onion, and lime juice give it that guacamole flavor.

@mysweeteventhorizon you are my hero
Do you find the overt fat from the avocados worsen your colitis symptoms?
How often are you eating overt fats?
InvisiMan2006 3 years ago
I only eat overt fat periodically - perhaps once a month. I keep my total percentage of fat at under 10 percent of calories.
I don't find that it causes problems for my colitis as long as I keep to this.
