@pinkfloydsman2010 if they keep on their winning ways the people will come.. hopefully anyways.. but i agree.. losing 3 faces of the franchise for so long this summer makes it feel like there's a massive hole that needs to be filled first

Not sure. but it certainly fits. I'm a season ticket holder and the attendance with the exception of the opener has been terrible this year for whatever reason. They're putting a decent product on the ice, I just don't get it. I think a lot of it has to do with the ugly departure of Mike Modano and how poorly Nieuwy handled the situation (albeit I was for the move). It was a PR disaster and I think the Stars are paying the price with ticket sales.

Interesting that the part of the song they chose to pipe in Jay Z's track is when he says, "I've lost a few fans now I'm trying to get em back," and the part where he talks about losing 5,000,000. Is that a bit of a shot at Hicks???
