Demonstrated in this video is the three progressions for the Push-up from the Right Fit Eleven 24/7 exercise series. The push-up is one of the most basic, yet effective upper body strengthening exercises, but most often performed incorrectly. Using the two build-up progressions to the full push-up will enable participants to learn the proper technique using a lesser percentage of their body weight. This will also enable them to build up their upper body strength levels until they are able to advance to the next progression of the exercise, while still maintaining proper technique.
