WikiLeaks does not claim they "caused" the Egyptian Revolution, no more than Bradley Manning "bragged" about ending the Iraq War. Obama, Bush and other war criminals are the braggarts. Assange developed the technology that protects WikiLeaks sources from hit goons. His enemies omit facts and twist the truth 180 degrees in attempts to discredit him. Their long, costly smear campaign against him, Manning and their supporters shows the spineless frauds are terrified of exposure and prosecution.

Did they use Egyptian footage?
It is believed that the leaked revelations about the extent of corruption in Tunisia under Ben Ali was a contributory factor, to what degree I don't know. Of course they already had some idea that it was corrupt but perhaps the details were the straw that broke the camel's back. Then one might argue that the Tunisian revolution acted as a trigger for the Egyptian upheavals.
