Come back into alignment with your body. Your body doesn't want to smoke or drink, but we do because we forget. We don't recognise how greatly it affects our vibration. You must discover your desire to change your behaviour or the change will not occur - not even the GFL can "save" you from your decisions. There is no cure for addiction and self-abuse except understanding yourself.

@DjAlverson32 , this happend already in the past. Inform yourself before you write. They are trying since thousands of years to have global contacts, but the MAJORITY of earth humans is too negative, too arrogant, too dangerous and not ready for that. Contacts happend only with the OWN incarnated people.
