@leklek69 why? Because they don't have an obesity epidemic? Because they eat healthy bugs (something common in 90% of the world, but foreign to the US? Because their happiness index is higher than ours? Because their culture is different, and has been around for thousands of years? whereas ours...oh, wait...we don't have our own culture.

lol people make fun of their food but don't realize that people from other countries make fun of like what the US and UK eat...some people think we're gross for eating cow... bugs are just one of their cuisines just like how hamburgers and corn dogs are ours. (US i mean)

@Bulldog22031 at higher class chinese restaurants, the chef will come out to eat their own scorpion they cooked before the patrons do. If they failed... well you get the picture. :) well at least this is how it worked about 18 years ago =P

@aqilwafiq98 I think they either remove the posion, or the temperature they cook it at is so hot that it neutralizes it. Thats just my guess. I know it isn't dangerous to eat, though.

We eat "bugs" all the time you know.. The food coloring E120 or Carmine is made of dried and crushed lice that live on cactuses in mexico...

If it were ground up with some food color added to give it a more beefy color...no one in America would probably notice the difference. :|
