  • Fruit (fructose) is a simple carbohydrate and provides a lot more than just simple sugar. Don't fall into the trap of confusing empty calories with simple carbs. It's all in how they come packed.

  • When giving a presentation your voice should not be so monotone. I lost interest in the presentation immediately. It sounded as if you were reading note cards and even though you may know your subject it makes it seem like you do not.
