Modifying a Gauss Master EMF Meter with On/Off Switch

I built a green LED backlight into mine and a toggle switch to turn it on and off. Alot cheaper than buying the model that has the backlight already in it(Which costs about $60 and has red LED's...yuck!) The board design for the one that has the backlight and the one without both have the "power on" LED but only the one with the backlight has the predrilled hole in the front. These meters are very easy to modify and fun too. Nice video!

What gauge wire do you use for the switches? 22? 24?
