  • Which video shows how you could imagemagick to convert and rename an entire folder of images? Many thanks!

  • @pleabargain: you'll just have to use a "for loop" which I've gone over in many of my tutorials. Here is a one liner that will create a new folder called "bw" and then convert all the JPG's in the current folder to monochrome and place them in the new folder:

    mkdir bw;for i in *.jpg;do convert -monochrome "$i" "bw/$i";done

    display command should not be used under root priviledge, it will output an error... :)
