(OLD VIDEO) Rooting and Lagfix for Samsung Galaxy S on 2.2 Froyo

I have 2.2 Froyo, live in the UK and I bought the phone out right.
I'm no where near good enough to say: "I'm a PRO" I'm a noob, let's face it.
But doing this, is very easy and can be done unless than 20minutes.

Safe to do it, and OMG do you have an increase in speed :D!

Step by step:
(Before doing anythiing benchmark your phone, for you to see the speed increase)
0. QUADRANT STANDARD - BENCHMARK (See where your phone places)

1.

(Get the z4root app)

2.
ASTRO - download on market place - FREE

3.
Put the unzipped file on your phone, remember the debugging mode to be enabled :)

4.
Install the app via ASTRO

5.
Apply the Root

6.
Wait several minutes, and you are ROOTED :D! Happy days!

7.
Go to the market and get - VOODOO LAG FIX 1 Click Install

8.
Install it, and then apply the lag fix

9. Leave the phone for around 5minutes

10 .
BOOM headshot, you are done.

11.
If you WANT ! Get the Zeam launcher - better, customisable, faster - EPIC WIN!
Use it, and play around with it.
If you are happy with it, when you hit the home key - check the box - make default action, then click the ZEAM icon.

From then on, each time you boot up your phone you have it running.
It runs as an applications - doesn't use much or any battery!

If you end the app, you can enable it again by hitting the home key :)

Please if you want to do this now (2011) check my XDA guide on how to do it - IN THE INFO- The video is out-dated now, and the voodoo app/z4 app might no longer really work.

i couldnt find voodoo lagfix-one click on my mob, could you please tell me where i can download that, plus the two link you gave, i downloaded those files but they are not working on my mob, could you please help me. please and thank you
