  • Best of Luck.... see you on the battlefield....

  • Does anyone know what the strange multiblade coaxial thing is that is shown from about 23-35 sec. ? Is some one developing this, or is it just a concept for the video?

  • @JeromeDemers name it.

  • Too many too list here, but they span the gamut - material memory, optical flow sensors, aerodynamic design, applications in the battlespace and commercial apps, inflight refueling, laser relay, harvesting enemy radar power for propelling, reverse flight designs - backing up, and the concept of collecting energy escaping from powerlines was an idea I had back in 2003 after the blackouts, which I'd posted online. Lance (at) carwashguys (dot) com .

  • why have this contest if there is already some commercial quadracopter product that does all of the above??

  • @LanceWinslow5 what ideas do you have so far?

  • Very Wise to harness some brain power from the masses on this. Have a number of thoughts and ideas myself spanning a decade or so if anyone is working on this challenge, be glad to help, and I'm easy to find online.

  • Very cool
